Ingredients
Cajun Seasoned Chicken Breast (Whole UK Red Tractor chicken breast, paprika, salt, cumin powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chilli flakes, thyme, oregano, white pepper, ground chillies, citric acid.

Storage
If purchased fresh please consume on day of purchase. If bought frozen best kept at -18 degrees. Please refer to the use by date on the packaging.  Safe to defrost and store chilled for up to 2 days.

Cooking Instructions
Remove top label and loosely open lid. Microwave from frozen for 1 – 2 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. If pot is frozen, adjust cooking times accordingly and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan ensuring piping hot. These cooking instructions are given as a guide only.
