Your Prep Pots can be kept frozen for up to 6 months.

Our frozen Prep Pots can be cooked in the microwave straight from your freezer!

If you prefer you can defrost your meals overnight and reduce your cooking times accordingly (cooking times may vary between manufacturers and microwave power settings, please check your individual microwave user guide). Once defrosted use within 3 days.

Our products have individual storage instructions, so be sure to check the packaging on arrival.

You can store your meals in either your fridge or freezer.

However, we currently advise refrigerating noodle dishes rather than freezing to ensure optimal taste.

Our meals have a minimum use by date of 3 days when you receive them, so if you are not going to eat them during that period and they can be frozen, we recommend doing so to ensure freshness.

Plus, any meals that are frozen can also be cooked in the microwave from frozen!

Meals will stay fresh for 3 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 3 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness.

All expiry dates are found on the food boxes themselves.

Of course! We recommend that you freeze meals on day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them in the recommended best before date on the food boxes.

We’ve done the work for you with your portion control needs. Each meal is created as a single portion for one adult, so there’s no need to share.

You can keep track of your calories and macros with our full nutritional breakdown on each of our product pages. And, if you ever have a desire for more, we offer a variety of add ons including desserts, breakfast options and snacks too!

You’ll be charged for your meals at the point of ordering. We offer payment via bank transfer, debit and credit card. Instructions on how to pay will be shown at checkout.

Several factors influence the pricing of your package, the daily cost will depend on your chosen extras and add ons as well as the length of time that you sign up for (you get significant discounts if you buy several week’s worth up front or sign up to the monthly subscription).

The menu page shows your pricing. Each dish comes with one Carbohydrate and at least one Vegetable side. Carbohydrates and Vegetable sides do not affect the pricing.

Should you change any of the meals in such a way that it includes a more expensive food item, our system will automatically calculate any surcharges for you on checkout.

Our service is to make healthy eating as easy and convenient as possible. Each meal is individually packaged in a microwaveable container ready to reheat, please follow the reheating instructions found on the boxes.

The menu can be viewed here. We change the menu once a month to make sure you and your taste buds stay exhilarated.

Once you are ready to order, choose either our ‘Set Meal Plan’, or the personalised ‘Make your Own’ meal prep service (Please click here for more details).

Once you are happy with your order select the “checkout” button, and you will then be able to pay via, PayPal or Debit/Credit Card. Fill out the form, entering your delivery details, select your preferred day of delivery (either Sunday or Wednesday) and complete your payment details.

To make life easy for you and to ensure you get your pre-prepared food regularly without interruption, we give you the option to choose from a monthly subscription, pay up front (4, 12 or 24 weeks) or make the weeks order a one off (which would need you to manually order again the following week should you require more meals).

Once done, click “Place Order”. Sit back, relax and leave the rest to us.

Some customers like to have their weekly food delivered in two batches, (e.g. 3 days food on the Sunday, and 4 days food on the Wednesday). Please note there is a £5 charge per delivery. Meals can also be collected in store if preferred.

While some of our meals are made using ingredients labelled as containing ‘No Gluten’, due to the handling of gluten in the manufacturing and distribution sites, we cannot state that these products are Gluten-Free as there is a small risk of cross-contamination.

Every product on our product page includes a full ingredients list for you to check, by clicking the ‘i’ on the product images.

We are always looking to improve our service and are currently looking into whether it would be possible to eliminate this risk. Please keep your eye out for updates.

All of our items of the menu have a full macro and ingredients break down listed on the menu page on our website.

Our ‘Make your Own’ meal prep service is comprised solely of items you choose yourself from our menu and the contents will be indicated on your individual meal label.

While some of our meals are made excluding certain allergens, due to the handling of various allergen including ingredients in the manufacturing and distribution sites, we cannot state that these products are free of specific allergens as there is a small risk of cross-contamination.

All our allergen information is available to view along with the menu. Individually pre made items will have allergens in BOLD on the label and in the item descriptions.

We understand that individual circumstances and situations can change and so can your meal prep requirements. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time by giving sufficient notice. Please note pre-paid meal plans cannot be refunded.

We understand that individual circumstances and situations can change and so can your meal prep requirements. You are able to pause your subscription for a week at any time. Once the week has passed your subscription will continue as normal.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make repeat orders. You can simply access your account to view your previous orders and click on the reorder button. It will then add your meals to your shopping basket. If you want to make any changes to the order you can do so at the ‘my basket’ page.

If you need to change your order please do so by removing unrequired items at the ‘my basket’ page before completing payment. Additions can then be made as normal.

The individual ingredients in our set meals cannot be changed. If you would like more flexibility with your meal order please consider our ‘Make your Own’ meal prep service. Click here for more details.

Yes, all of our add on items can either be ordered on their own or included with your meal prep order (please note all orders set for delivery are subject to a delivery fee).

Hot drinks are currently only available for collection from our store. Cold drinks can be added to your order for delivery or ordered on their own (please note all orders set for delivery are subject to a delivery fee).

Due to it’s nature, fresh and frozen food cannot be returned, we therefore ask that a responsible person is present to accept the delivery. If nobody is going to be available please specify a suitable safe place the courier can leave your order on checkout

Meals are available after 2 pm on wednesdays and between 11am-12.30pm on Sundays and can be collected from store after those times during opening hours (check the website for up to date opening hours).

All heating instructions are found on the food boxes themselves, specific to each meal. Heating your meal is very simple. Just pop open the container and follow the instructions to heat your meals in the microwave! (Based on an 800W microwave. Always check the power output of your individual microwave before use as cooking times may vary. If unsure refer to your microwave user guide)

We currently only offer local delivery to ‘WN postcodes’ within the Wigan Area. Please note this service costs £5 per scheduled delivery.

We deliver Wednesday after 3pm and Sunday after 12.30pm. We cannot guarantee the specific time your meals will be delivered, but we will ensure you are notified once the driver is on the way.

We currently use various couriers depending on the area you live in, and in certain areas we also have local drivers, either way, we promise to let you know when your delivery is on its way.
