\n<\/strong>Chicken (UK Red Tractor chicken breast, salt, pepper), Rice, Satay Sauce (PEANUT<\/b> butter, red onion, coconut milk, soy sauce (SOYBEANS<\/b>, WHEAT (GLUTEN)<\/b>), red chilli flakes, sugar), Peppers, green beans, Chili Flakes.<\/p>\n
\nBest kept fresh in the fridge immediately after purchase or delivery. Safe to stay chilled for up to 3 days. Always refer to the use by date on the label. If not consuming within a few days this meal can be frozen.<\/p>\n
\nRemove lid. Microwave from fresh for 2 \u2013 3 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. If meal is frozen, we recommend defrosting in the fridge overnight. If heating from frozen please adjust cooking times accordingly and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan ensuring piping hot. These cooking instructions are given as a guide only.<\/p>\n
