\n<\/strong>Chicken Breast (UK Red Tractor chicken breast, salt, pepper), Basmati Rice (basmati rice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, dried garlic)), Teriyaki Sauce (soy sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT <\/b>(GLUTEN<\/b>)), vinegar, cornflour, sugar, honey, garlic puree (garlic, lemon juice, salt, SULPHITES<\/b>), ginger),\u00a0 Greens, Mushrooms, SESAME SEEDS<\/b>, Red Chili.<\/b><\/p>\n
\nBest kept fresh in the fridge immediately after purchase or delivery. Safe to stay chilled for up to 3 days. Always refer to the use by date on the label. If not consuming within a few days this meal can be frozen.<\/p>\n
\nRemove lid. Microwave from fresh for 2 \u2013 3 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. If meal is frozen, we recommend defrosting in the fridge overnight. If heating from frozen please adjust cooking times accordingly and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan ensuring piping hot.
