\n<\/strong>Chicken (salt, pepper, spices), Sweetcorn, Vegetable Stock (salt, vegetable fats (palm, shea, sal), starch, yeast extract, sugar, onion powder (2.3%) carrots (1.5%), herbs (parsley, tarragon), spices (CELERY<\/strong> seeds, garlic powder, turmeric, pepper, parsley root powder ), tomato puree powder, red pepper, flavourings (contain CELERY<\/strong>), caramel syrup, leek, maltodextrin), Water, Cornflour, Garlic Puree, EGG<\/strong>, Lemon Juice.<\/p>\n
\nBest kept frozen at -18 degrees. Safe to defrost and store chilled for up to 2 days. Please see use by date on container.<\/p>\n
\nFor best results place in the fridge overnight to defrost. Remove lid. Microwave from frozen for 1\u20132 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. These cooking instructions are given as a guide only.<\/p>\n
