Safe to stay chilled for up to 3 days. Always refer to the use by date on the label. If not consuming within a few days this meal can be frozen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cooking Instructions<\/b><br \/>\nRemove lid. Microwave from fresh for 2 \u2013 3 minutes (based on 800W) stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. If meal is frozen, we recommend defrosting in the fridge overnight. If heating from frozen please adjust cooking times accordingly and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan ensuring piping hot.
